My order did show up, so I can’t really complain too much, but the tracking was slow to update and it ended up arriving two days later than expected. Compared to what you usually get with other deliveries these days, the updates just felt a bit unclear. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I definitely wish they kept customers better informed.

I ordered my usual size, thinking it would be fine, but the fit was just not right at all. It was tight in some spots and weirdly loose in others, so I didn’t really have time to mess around with exchanges or guessing another size. The size chart didn’t help much either, which was frustrating

They did help me out in the end, which I appreciated. The replies were kind of slow though, and I kept checking back to see if they’d answered. But yeah, once they got back to me, they were useful and got things sorted. Not perfect, but not bad either.

After wearing it a few times, I’m already noticing a little bit of wear showing up. Nothing major or anything, but I was hoping it would feel a bit more Durable. I’ll still use it, I just don’t think it’s going to hold up super well with regular wear.

The item wasn’t completely broken, but it did have some marks on it, probably from sliding around during shipping. For the price, I expected a lot more care. Seems kind of hit or miss, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t order again.

I waited a lot longer than they originally said, and the package showed up way late. I’m glad it finally arrived, but next time I’d definitely keep an eye on the tracking and not count on the estimated delivery date too much...

I ordered something from lorenzo. The item itself was fine, honestly. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. But the return info... that part threw me off. I had to click around and reread things just to figure out who pays for shipping and how many days I actually had to send it back. Customer service did answer me, so that helped a little, but I still didn’t feel totally clear on the process. It’s okay overall, I guess. Just wish the return policy was easier to understand before buying.
